

Magdalena Żymełka
Management trainer, HR consultant. She shares her experience with leaders.
For 18 years she has been associated with the area of soft HR, responsible for the implementation of key processes. Together with her team, she has designed and implemented development programmes for employees and managers of the areas: EMEA, APAC, and AMER (Poland, UK, Estonia, India, Philippines, Hong Kong, USA). She is also an expert in Talent Management.
Areas of expertise
Magda has completed over 6,000 hours of training, sharing her knowledge stationary and online. Her main areas of work are:
- Virtual / hybrid team leader (virtual team management, building effective teams, change management)
- Effective Intercultural Communication and Collaboration (feedback, relationship building, culturally diverse team)
- Human Centered Leadership (mental toughness, managing generations in an organisation, talent management).

Working with Magda allowed me to look at my competences as a leader in a different way, and showed me the importance of working on soft skills, not just pursuing goals.
I found the training very beneficial, it showed me how to improve my interpersonal relations, how to cooperate in a company, and improve my relations in my private life.
The workshop led by Magda opened my eyes to the importance of cultural differences when it comes to how to give feedback and the rules of communication with a team leader.
