Magda supports the development of leadership and managerial competencies in cross-cultural and distributed teams from different sectors. Additionally, she helps managers and their teams to effectively manage diverse teams, including effective collaboration and communication in a cross-cultural environment. Magda has 18 years of experience in the area of Learning & Development in international organisations, including as a leader and manager of global teams.

- Strengthening leadership and managerial competences and skills (leadership, managerial competences training, First Time Manager, feedback/feedforward culture, appreciation, 1-on-1 meetings, communication based on the DISC model).

- Managing and collaborating in a virtual / hybrid team (managing a distributed team, building effective teams, conducting online meetings effectively, managing change).

Working with Magda allowed me to look at my competences as a leader in a different way, and showed me the importance of working on soft skills, not just pursuing goals.
I found the training very beneficial, it showed me how to improve my interpersonal relations, how to cooperate in a company, and improve my relations in my private life.
The workshop led by Magda opened my eyes to the importance of cultural differences when it comes to how to give feedback and the rules of communication with a team leader.
