Participation in the training helped me to understand certain behaviors of customers who come from other cultures. I am now more aware of cultural differences and how they can affect my daily work. Thank you!
The individual session with Radek allowed me not only to better understand the specifics of working and managing a team in Poland, but also to prepare myself for everyday life and establishing relations with Poles.
Thanks to the intercultural competence diagnosis, I know which areas I need to work on. During the workshop Radek shared with us not only his knowledge about specific cultures, but also his experiences. It was a very valuable session!
