The meeting was held by Marta Leszczyńska, Cross-Cultural Trainer & Consultant. Marta believes that good communication and openness support the work of leaders and teams, therefore, in her training work, she focuses mainly on areas related to intercultural communication and the role of a leader. On a daily basis she leads Learning & Development Team and supporting employees on their growth – delivering training sessions since 2011 and working remotely in multicultural environment since 2010.
She is also a coach, focusing on supporting leaders in achieving their potential.
