Module II
Motivational Drive — From Compliance to Engagement
- Understanding motivation 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 (Daniel Pink’s model)
- Why traditional rewards and punishments don’t work in the long run
- The three elements of lasting motivation: autonomy, mastery, and purpose
- Practical ways to foster engagement and commitment within teams
Module III
Cognitive Diversity — Turning Differences into an Advantage
- What cognitive diversity is and why it matters more than visible diversity layers
- How to leverage different thinking styles for creativity and problem-solving
- The risks of diversity without safety and motivation
- Strategies to use diversity as a growth driver instead of a source of conflict
