Intercultural expert, management consultant, coach
I transform the diversity of people into team effects! This is the professional motto of Monika, who has many years of experience in working with global leaders and knows very well the specifics of international organizations. Her online training is an active workshop taking into account knowledge, behavior, and emotions.
Areas of expertise
As a leadership expert in an international context, Monika most often designs and leads sessions in the following areas:
- Leadership and cooperation in a virtual/hybrid team (engaging online meetings, effective online communication, commitment building),
- Effective communication and cross-cultural cooperation (international modern services, IT, R&D, SSC/BPO),
- Human Centered Leadership (intercultural competence, mental toughness and resilience, FRIS® thinking styles).
She has worked with
IBM, Microsoft, Fujitsu, SONY, Volvo IT, INFOR, Amazon IVONA Software, Orange, Capgemini, Viessmann R&D, 3M, Olympus, Becton Dickinson, PZU, DNV, IKEA Industry, LG Chem, Cemex, ArcelorMittal, Nexteer, Marelli, Comau, Kemira, DANONE, Henkel, VW Bank.
What surprised me most positively during the workshop was that Monika was able to keep the participants focused and interested, despite the remote mode of work. A perfect balance between subgroup work and forum discussion.
Monika is a great trainer who impresses not only with her business experience but also with her great cultural sensitivity. Thanks to the knowledge gained during the workshop I feel that my daily work as a Project Manager will gain in quality.
You can see that she has a lot of experience when it comes to remote work. She shares not only knowledge but also practical tips. This is one of the best online training I have ever been to!
