Małgorzata is a multilingual HR professional, intercultural trainer and interpreter with educational background in Linguistics and Occupational Psychology. She offers over 10 years of experience in different areas of HR, including recruitment, HR administration, learning & development, talent & culture, as well as HR project management and HR transformation.
Małgorzata’s interest in intercultural dialogue goes back to her high school days in Costa Rica, where she studied as a UWC scholar. A unique combination of cross-cultural psychology and knowledge of foreign languages allows her to decode cultural norms and act as a bridge between groups and individuals, both in business and private context.
