Ola makes it all work! The most probably she will be the first person you will meet after getting in touch with us. As a person responsible for business development and sales, she actively accompanies Clients in finding the best solution, devoting all her attention to the needs and expectations of the Customer. What Ola likes most about her role is the constant variety of people, projects and requests she receives. Combining her live as a digital nomad with virtual company management she understands the challenges of modern business and development of competences crucial for future of work.
Areas of expertise
At ETTA I am responsible for:
- analysing clients’ needs and finding out what areas we can work on together,
- creating offers tailored to the realities of a given team or organisation,
- managing consultancy and training projects in cooperation with the trainers team, Project Managers, and online session producers,
- managing the organization and stakeholders.
