Mental health – introduction
- Mental health – definition and its role in the virtual/hybrid environment.
- Why focus on mental health of employees? Should we intervene in such private aspect of their lives?
- Main challenges while working remotely – isolation, burnout, anxiety or depression
- What are the signs of issues with mental health? How to recognize them and what to do
- How to hold a conversation related to mental health while working in a hybrid model and how to handle it virtually?
- Communication skills: active listening, paraphrase, empathy and clear messages – key competences to build trust and meaningful conversations
- Case study – mental health challenges and solutions

Project flow
Diagnosis and prework

Virtual workshops
- training divided into 2 workshops, 3,5 hours each
