    Mental health – introduction

    • Mental health – definition and its role in the virtual/hybrid environment.
    • Why focus on mental health of employees? Should we intervene in such private aspect of their lives?
    • Main challenges while working remotely – isolation, burnout, anxiety or depression
    • What are the signs of issues with mental health? How to recognize them and what to do
    • How to hold a conversation related to mental health while working in a hybrid model and how to handle it virtually?
    • Communication skills: active listening, paraphrase, empathy and clear messages – key competences to build trust and meaningful conversations
    • Case study – mental health challenges and solutions
    • Virtual/hybrid work-life balance – is it possible to achieve it when working an being online?

    Supporting mental health

    • What are the tools to support mental health in the team?
    • Most popular and effective stress management techniques and how to promote them in a team
    • Building resilience – long term investment in mental health
    • Is it possible to implement culture where people are not afraid to speak? How building trust, communities and removing mental health stigma can support your team.
    • Virtual coffee, team-building and online fun – how to facilitate such events and bring the best of them
    • Conflict in a team – how it can influence wellbeing and when to act
    • Best practice sharing – how other companies are keeping mental health in their virtual/hybrid teams
    • Building plan for keeping mental health in my team – self-work and next steps to implement in the future​​
