Monika conducted the online workshop very well, you could feel her great experience and enthusiasm. Trainer’s preparation at the highest level.
The training with Monika opened my eyes to the importance of cultural differences in everyday cooperation. Until now I hadn’t realised how much of my colleagues’ behaviour is due to their habits and customs rather than malice.
The webinar on empathy was interesting and meaningful. It helped me to stay in the empathy direction when it comes to team management, and I was planning to drop out of it.
