Monika is passionate about people, their potential, and the impact of diversity on the development of teams and organisations. She likes to inspire others to get out of their comfort zone, because as she says “that’s where the magic and true development starts”. She has extensive international experience. She has worked in managerial positions in Poland, Germany, China, Indonesia, Portugal, and Romania. She was responsible for strategic, marketing, and implementation projects in EMEA, South America, and South-East Asia.

Monika travels thousands of kilometers every year and the easiest way to meet her is at an airport or train station. She loves being on the move, meeting new people, their culture and customs. She fulfills herself as the CEO of SIETAR Poland and a researcher and lecturer at the Poznań University of Economics.
