Marta Leszczyńska
Soft skills trainer with experience in BPO and SSC.
Marta believes that good communication and openness support the work of leaders and teams. She started her training career in 2011 and has also worked as a Training and Quality Manager and managed international projects. She also works as a coach, focusing on working with leaders.

My contact with clients has so far been limited to the Polish market. When we expanded our operations to other European countries, I had a lot of communication challenges. Marta’s support was very helpful here – she shared her knowledge and experience with us.

Privately, she is a passionate traveller, focusing on exploring different corners of the world with her favourite backpack, trying exotic food along the way, and observing the life of local communities. Her other hobby is scuba diving, mainly in the warm waters of Southeast Asia. Her favourite countries are Japan, Thailand and Vietnam.
