During the “Welcome to Poland” training, I learned about the values that are important to Poles, which helped me to better understand their expectations towards a leader. I am also more confident about how to establish relationships – both private and professional.
Our team has very quickly become international and very diverse. There were challenges related to different approaches to work or communication. The workshop with Emilia allowed me to understand what our cultural preferences are.
Meeting Emilia made me understand the importance of authentic leadership. I will work on areas related to communication, feedback and difficult emotions in the team.
