What you will learn in the virtual workshop:
- you will understand how the authority of a leader is perceived in different cultures (low vs. high power distance),

- Approaches to meetings and negotiations – what to expect from stakeholders originating from different cultures?

Project flow
Diagnosis and prework

Virtual workshops
- training divided into 2 workshops, 3,5 hours each
