How to make communication in a remote team not only effective but also allow to build and maintain relationships? That’s what you’ll learn at ETTA’s training.

     Individual communication with remote team members

    • Why do we need in-person online meetings?
    • How to plan and conduct a virtual 1:1
    • Sample questions and other communication tools for a virtual one to one
    • Regular feedback – what can be challenging in an online environment
    • How to give and receive feedback – good practices
    • Conversations about emotions – why not to avoid them and how to manage them?
    • Difficult conversations with virtual team members
    • Choosing tips and good practices to apply in your own remote team
