    Module I

    Getting to know the stakeholder

    • What does effective communication with stakeholders mean to me? 
    • The context of my authority in my role 
    • My role in the organization and how it can be understood by people of various cultural backgrounds – introduction to the Power Distance culture dimension 
    • My authority as a leader– how to develop it based on my knowledge of stakeholders’ background 
    • My beliefs regarding my role –  What do I give myself the right to? What are my concerns? 
    • How to have a good introduction? How to present oneself effectively in various cultures? 
    • Elements of assertive communication with stakeholders and how to adjust them to stakeholder’s background 
    • Expressing own opinions and decisions

    Module II

    Cooperation and communication

    • Reply to criticism / objections / escalations 
    • Influencing others – chosen persuasion rules – theory and practice 
    • Persuasive communication – methods and activities based on participants’ examples 
    • Persuasion – what to begin with? The principles first or application first approach 
    • How to persuade someone in various backgrounds
    • Presenting my own way of thinking – how to make it successful? 
    • Solution-focused conversation – 4 stages of a conversation diagnosing the positions and interests of the other party 
    • How I can manage my stakeholders – creating action plan

    Project flow

    Diagnosis and prework
