    Module I

    Employee engagement

    • Employee engagement and its importance in the “new normal” 
    • Understanding the Challenges of Remote and Hybrid Work
    • Motivation 3.0 or maybe we have motivation 4.0? What are the global trends?
    • Benefits of empowering employees with autonomy and flexibility in how they work
    • Ways to provide opportunities for professional growth and development – how to approach new employees, top performers and leavers?
    • Role of feedback and recognition in fostering motivation
    • Creating a positive work environment that fosters engagement – communication as a key element
    • Setting clear expectations and goals for remote and hybrid teams that will be appealing and motivation for employees

    Module II

    Motivation in remote teams

    • Does motivation change with new generations entering the workforce? 
    • Role of trust and psychological safety in driving engagement
    • How to promote experimentation, embrace failure as a learning opportunity, and recognizing innovative ideas as a part of driving engagement 
    • Building the TEAM – promoting collaboration and teamwork among remote and hybrid employees 
    • How well-being is related to motivation? Are we responsible for how employees feel in terms of motivation?
    • Can we measure motivation? What can we read from the data?
    • Be the change you want to see – how leaders can be role models of driving engagement in others?
    • My personal goals and plan for upcoming weeks – self-awareness activity to create ideas for implementation.
