    Cooperation and communication

    • What does effective communication with other departments / stakeholders  mean to me?
    • My role in the organization and how it can be understood by people of various cultural backgrounds – introduction to the Power Distance culture dimension
    • My authority– how to develop it based on my knowledge of stakeholders’ background 
    • My beliefs regarding my role –  What do I give myself the right to? What are my concerns? 
    • How to have a good introduction? How to present oneself effectively in various cultures?
    • Elements of assertive communication with stakeholders / other colleagues  and how to adjust them to stakeholder’s background
    • Expressing own opinions and decisions
    • Reply to criticism / objections / escalations​​

    Module II

    Networking and influencing

    • Networking – what is it all about?
    • Influencing others – chosen persuasion rules – theory and practice
    • Persuasive communication – how to make others network with us – methods and activities that work
    • Persuasion – what to begin with? The principles first or application first approach
    • How to persuade someone in various cultures
    • How to overcome unexpected challenges and difficulties?
    • Case study – how to influence others?
    • What will I implement – individual action plan based on the learnings from the training

    Project flow

    Diagnosis and prework
