    • Introduction – what is innovation and how is it understood in our organization?
    • Innovative problem solving
    • Creative defining and redefining the problem – practical tools 
    • Problem solving algorithm 
    • Deepening questions
    • Building approach toward creative thinking – flow, flexibility, structure – practical exercises
    • Motivating oneself and those around us to more innovative, creative approach – what works, what does not work – review of good practices​​

    Module 2

    Innovative mindset ​in a team

    • Do we have time NOT TO be creative? The hidden cost of routine
    • Review of creative thinking  techniques and how they can be improved in digital environment?
    • Creativity in a group – how can a hybrid or virtual team be creative?
    • Group processes and dynamics as creative and destructive approach /phases/
    • Action Learning or Reflecting Teams in practice
    • Debriefing plus summary of implementation towards
    • Summary  – what are we going to implement in our work?​​

    Project flow

    Diagnosis and prework
    • in-take interview with the project sponsor
    • diagnosis of participants’ needs (online questionnaire and calls)
    • prework for participants (material to watch, read or listen to)
    Virtual workshops
    • training divided into 2 workshops, 3,5 hours each
