Module I
Psychological safety in a team
- What is psychological safety? How do psychologically safe teams function?
- Research and business practice – why is it beneficial to develop psychological safety in teams?
- Social competences as a foundation of psychologically safe teams
- What can go wrong if my team does not feel safe?
- Levels of psychological safety in teams – what level are we at?
- How to check if my team feels psychologically safe? „Pulse check” of the team and how to do it

Module II
Leader of a psychologically safe team
- Expectations towards leaders – what is authentic leadership?
- Self-diagnosis – do I support my team in developing psychological safety?
- Approach to mistakes in a team – how to create space for mistakes without becoming overly permissive?
- Red flags – what behaviors in a team demolish psychological safety and how should a leader react to them?
- Diversity – sensitive language – how to react to microagressions
- Feedback – how to make it work both ways? Good practices in a diverse team
- Inclusion of people with various needs into the team’s life – what to do to have various people speak up in team’s matters?

Project flow
Diagnosis and prework
- in-take interview with the project sponsor
- diagnosis of participants’ needs (online questionnaire and calls)
- prework for participants (material to watch, read or listen to)
Virtual workshops
- training divided into 2 workshops, 3,5 hours each
- interactive working methods: discussions, chat, virtual board, questionnaires, videos, case studies, breakout rooms, external tools (Mentimeter, Miro, Funretro)
- participants: up to 12 people
