Module I
Introduction to neurodiversity
- What it means to be neurodiverse? What is an invisible diversity?
- Common myths and stereotypes around neurodiversity
- Strengths and unique perspectives that neurodiverse individuals bring to the workplace
- Is it possible to recognize signs of neurodiversity in colleagues and employees? How to identify invisible diversity
- Strategies for creating an inclusive workplace – building environment that embraces neurodiversity
- Effective communication and collaboration with neurodiverse employees
- Building empathy and understanding in a team – job crafting as a tool to support employees
- Recruiting, hiring, and developing neurodiverse employees – will we need a different approach than the one we are using now?
Module II
Inclusive workspace
- Designing workspaces that accommodate the needs of neurodiverse individuals – offices of the future
- Role of leaders and allies in promoting neurodiversity inclusion – advocating for diversity initiatives and providing support to neurodiverse colleagues.
- Addressing stigma and discrimination related to neurodiversity in the workplace, including fostering a culture of respect, challenging stereotypes, and promoting allyship.
- Providing constructive feedback and performance evaluations that take into account the unique strengths and challenges of neurodiverse employees.
- Case studies from other companies – what they did to make neurodiverse employees feel good in their businesses?
- Challenges we might face when implementing changes in the company and how to overcome them
- Case study – practical approach to promoting neurodiversity awareness in the company/team
- What will I do next? Individual work on creating a plan to improve one aspect from cooperation with neurodivergent colleagues or employees

Diagnosis and prework

Virtual workshops
- training divided into 2 workshops, 3,5 hours each
