Managing Across Generations

In organizations, representatives of 4 generations currently meet in teams. Differing expectations and lifestyles can create a lot of tension, both between team members and in adapting management styles to meet individual needs. At ETTA, we help leaders understand these differences and modify their management styles to make intergenerational collaboration a pleasure.

Who is this training for?

For leaders and managers of intergenerational teams who would like to improve their competencies in managing such teams and feel more comfortable addressing employees of a different generation than their own.
