With our Introduction to Diversity and Inclusion program, you can begin a transforming path toward a more inclusive workplace. Our training program is designed to raise awareness and understanding, and it provides basic information and practical skills to help your company build a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    Module I

    Diversity and Inclusion​ – the foundations

    • Introduction to Diversity and Inclusion – what stands behind D&I?
    • Self-assessment – evaluation of personal approach to D&I
    • Diversity – is it related only to race, ethnicity, gender and age? What else is building diversity?
    • Inclusion – what is the definition and how to build it?
    • Unconscious bias – how it impacts decision-making, hiring, promotions, and workplace interactions
    • Should we introduce D&I only because of the law? Benefits of diverse and inclusive workplaces
    • Creating an inclusive workplace culture – how others do it? Research and case studies from different companies
    • What is a cultural competence and how to use it to effectively interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

    Module II

    Diversity and inclusion in practice

    • Microaggressions and microaffirmations – how they impact on individuals’ sense of belonging and psychological safety in the workplace.
    • The role of allies and advocates in promoting diversity and inclusion as a key part to introduce D&I to the company
    • Inclusive Leadership – what it means to be an inclusive leader, is it possible to learn it?
    • D&I in hiring people – best practices for attracting, hiring, and retaining diverse talents
    • Key metrics for assessing diversity and inclusion efforts – can we have data to show the outcomes?
    • How to implement continues improvement in D&I area – role of the feedback, exit interviews and trust in the organization. 
    • Can employees be the change – role of employee led groups and why is it worth to implement them
    • Implementing diversity and inclusion in daily life of the company – what I can do to support D&I and what are my plans for upcoming weeks.

    Diagnosis and prework

    Virtual workshops
