Inclusive Leadership – the foundations
- Inclusive leadership – what is it and why is it useful today?
- Examples and good practices – how do inclusive leaders and their teams work?
- An employee in an organization that promotes inclusive leadership – examples of effective organizations
- Challenges – why isn’t everyone an inclusive leader? Personal, relational, and organizational factors
- Six areas of inclusive leadership
- Self-awareness – the foundation of leader development. Self-diagnosis of my leadership style
- Awareness of my own limitations and difficulties – what are my biases? What stereotypes might I be following?
- Leadership courage – what does it mean?
Module II
Inclusive leader in action
- Leader’s courage – examples from the areas of humility, vulnerability, and showing the imperfect side
- Modeling inclusive team behavior – simple but not always easy methods
- Developing leadership curiosity – the soldier approach versus the scout approach
- Sensitivity to diversity – areas where people may differ and experience rejection – what can we do about this as a leader?
- Commitment and accountability – what helps build these attitudes in ourselves and our teams?
- Leader’s Expose – a method for presenting our principles and developing accountability
- Collaboration – how do we ensure that we include different people in the team? Inclusive communication in a hybrid team

Project flow
Diagnosis and prework

Virtual workshops
- training divided into 2 workshops, 3,5 hours each
