    Trust and communication with my cross – cultural team

    • Coconuts and peaches, trust and distrust cultures – how to understand and work with the approach of your employees to build rapport
    • Timeliness or flexibility – what approach to time is expected in chosen cultures, what can you expect from your employees
    • Approach to teamwork and decision-making process
    • Setting your expectations – leader’s expose as an efficient way to work with people from various cultures
