Pre-work + 3,5 h workshop + individual work with the trainer

- Rules of writing business e-mails – how to make them a tool for developing better relationships?

- False friends in written communication – work with case studies
- E-mail structure that can be adjusted to most correspondence
- Individual work – e-mail exchange with the trainer between sessions (with feedback)
Part II
3,5 h workshop + individual work with the trainer
- Review of individual work – most important conclusions for the whole group
- Most common mistakes in written communication in English, depending on our native language
- Punctuation and grammar – what is their actual importance?
- Types of e-mails – how to decide what type to use?
- AI and written communication – how to use it wisely?
- Changing the channel – when to use other tools than writing?
- Work with case studies – deciding on communication strategy
- Individual work – e-mail exchanges with the trainer (with feedback)
Project flow
Diagnosis and prework
