The training is designed to enhance participants’ ability to communicate effectively and deliver impactful presentations in multicultural settings. Participants gain skills in cross-cultural communication and are equipped to engage, connect, and inspire individuals from different cultural backgrounds.

    Communication across cultures

    • Introduction to culture dimensions in the area of communication
    • My communication style vs. other communication styles – high and low context
    • Synchronous and asynchronous communication: when to use and what are the benefits
    • Cultural dimensions of communication: direct or indirect, assertiveness, approach to conflict – examples from various cultures
    • How to manage escalations?
    • What to base our communication on?
    • How to efficiently reach others – case study
    • My own commmunication style – creating personal approach​​

    Module II

    Presenting across cultures

    • Introduction to culture dimensions in the area of presenting
    • Losing and saving face as important aspects of communication
    • How to communicate in order to be understood – preferred ways of presenting in various cultures
    • How avoiding conflicts and confrontation can influence communication?
    • Will the way how I provide feedback impact how other cultures will communicate with me?
    • Presenting ideas in different cultures – how to approach it and what to do when we have different cultures as an audience – case studies
    • My presentations and how to enchance them
    • Lessons learned and best practice sharing – examples from diffrent companies​​

    Project flow

    Diagnosis and prework

    Virtual workshops
    • training divided into 2 workshops, 3,5 hours each
