Presenting across cultures
- Introduction to culture dimensions in the area of presenting
- Losing and saving face as important aspects of communication
- How to communicate in order to be understood – preferred ways of presenting in various cultures
- How avoiding conflicts and confrontation can influence communication?
- Will the way how I provide feedback impact how other cultures will communicate with me?
- Presenting ideas in different cultures – how to approach it and what to do when we have different cultures as an audience – case studies
- My presentations and how to enchance them
- Lessons learned and best practice sharing – examples from diffrent companies
Project flow
Diagnosis and prework
- in-take interview with the project sponsor
- diagnosis of participants’ needs (online questionnaire and calls)

Virtual workshops
- training divided into 2 workshops, 3,5 hours each
