    Building Cultural Competence

    • What is authority and how do I understood it in my role? What are my beliefs around authority? 
    • How do various cultures and generations understand authority and what do they expect from authority – work in small groups on short case studies 
    • Stereotypes and biases – where do they come from and how can they impact building authority?
    • Authority and people I have never met in person – how to present oneself in virtual workspace? Tips and tricks on developing own authority

    Effective Influence in Multicultural Environments

    • Influencing others – what does it mean to me? 
    • Chosen rules of influencing – presentation and practice 
    • How to influence someone in an online meeting? Presentation of a 5-step procedure and short practice 
    • What do we know about influencing in various cultures and how to apply this knowledge in an international organization – presentation and practice in small groups 
    • Influencing others – case study
    • My own style – how I can build my authority and influence others​​

    Project flow

    Diagnosis and prework
    • in-take interview with the project sponsor
    • diagnosis of participants’ needs (online questionnaire and calls)

    • training divided into 2 workshops, 3,5 hours each
